Children aren’t born knowing the answers to the tough questions they’ll ask and be asked as they grow up in this sinful world, and leaving them without answers is like sending a man out to fight a war without weapons or armor. Just as a page would be trained up into a knight over years of training and practice, so children must be trained up in the way of the Lord.
These are resources for families to help their children learn and memorize important biblical knowledge and verses. Nothing, of course, is superior to the Bible, but if we equip our children with knowledge from and about the Bible, they’ll be far more likely to see through the Devil’s snares when they come across them in this world.
